The product's panels are constructed from stainless steel sheet metal, available in either SUS304 or SUS316. The core is filled with high-density polyurethane foam, with a closed-cell ratio of ≥95% confirmed by third-party testing, ensuring long-term moisture resistance. The core foaming process is catalyzed by adding a liquid mixture to a high-precision steel mold. After foaming, the foaming is allowed to mature for 24 hours, ensuring a stable core density of 40-50 kg/m³ and preventing shrinkage. Products are cut to length using a CNC panel saw with a blade speed of ≥3000 rpm, ensuring a perpendicularity error of ≤0.3 mm/m. The bond strength between the panel and the core is ≥0.15 MPa, meeting the GB/T 10801.2 test standard. The product is certified by classification societies. Customized designs are available, with prompt delivery and timely coordination. It adopts a "load-bearing frame + panel" composite structure. The frame is galvanized square steel (spacing 300-500mm) to enhance bending resistance. The surface is pressed with diamond or strip anti-slip patterns (depth 1-2mm) to increase the friction coefficient (anti-slip when the ship shakes).
