The core is filled with rock wool, with a density ranging from 120 to 200 kg/m³, effectively reducing noise and improving temperature control within the vessel. The environmentally friendly adhesive releases no formaldehyde or other harmful substances, ensuring safety during use. Common thicknesses are 25mm and 30mm, and product lengths and widths can be customized to meet customer requirements. Precision cutting ensures tolerances within ±10mm, and thickness tolerances within ±2mm. The commonly used A-shaped design features high flatness and tight concave and convex joints to prevent panel movement and ensure panel stability and durability. Classification society certified, this product meets marine industry safety standards, ensuring long-term use in marine environments.
