Marine Rope Series
Marine polyester rope
Polyester fiber boasts a breaking strength of 4-7 cN/dtex, and cables made from it typically have a breaking strength between 30 and 150 kN, meeting the demands of medium-duty operations such as lifting medium-sized equipment and mooring ships. Polyester fiber's smooth surface and high crystallinity minimize wear when rubbing against pulleys and metal components, resulting in abrasion resistance superior to polypropylene cables and approaching 80% that of aramid cables. Polyester fiber has a moisture regain of only 0.4%, making it virtually non-absorbent. It also exhibits low thermal shrinkage (less than 1% below 100°C). This product is meticulously crafted, machine-woven from carefully selected polyester, offering corrosion and weathering resistance and high load-bearing properties. The machine-woven process, known as MACHINEWEAVING, ensures durability and strength, resulting in a uniform, glossy, and meticulously crafted cable. Made from multi-strand twisted and glued together, it boasts a high density, evenly distributed force distribution, and enhanced tensile strength.
