Marine Rope Series
Marine aramid rope
Aramid fiber boasts a breaking strength of 20-30 cN/dtex, 5-6 times that of steel wire. Cables made from it can achieve a breaking strength of 100-1000 kN, easily withstanding ultra-high-intensity operations such as heavy equipment lifting and deep-sea anchoring. Aramid fiber also exhibits excellent heat resistance, with long-term operating temperatures reaching 180°C and maintaining over 80% of its strength at 200°C. Aramid fiber is also highly resistant to chemicals such as acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. This product is meticulously crafted, machine-woven from carefully selected polyester, offering corrosion and weathering resistance and high load-bearing properties. This machine-woven cable is durable and strong, with a uniform strand, excellent gloss, and meticulous workmanship. Made from multiple strands twisted together with glue, it boasts a high density, ensuring even force distribution and greater tensile strength.
This product has characteristics such as flame retardancy.high strength, high modulus, wear resistance, and resistance to chemical corrosion. Under the same diameter, the strength of aramid ropes is 5-6 times that of steel wire ropes, and the modulus is 2-3 times that of steel wire ropes.Aramid ropes have good insulation and corrosion resistance.
