Marine Rope Series
Marine Polypropylene rope
Polypropylene has a density of approximately 0.90-0.91 g/cm³, significantly lower than the density of water (1 g/cm³). This makes polypropylene ropes highly buoyant and prevents them from sinking under their own weight when used in water, making them easy to retrieve and handle. Polypropylene is chemically stable and resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, salts, and other chemicals. It withstands long-term use in complex environments such as seawater, moist soil, and industrial wastewater, with a lifespan 3-5 times that of natural fiber ropes. This product is meticulously crafted, machine-woven from carefully selected polyester, offering corrosion and weathering resistance and a high load-bearing capacity. The machine-woven process ensures durability and strength, resulting in a uniform, glossy, and meticulously crafted product. It is constructed from multi-strand ropes twisted and glued together for a high density. This allows for even distribution of forces and greater tensile strength.
Ropes made up of polypropylene fiber whose linear density is less than 1,with soft, abrasion resistance can float on the water and has a close stength and elongatian when wet and dry.
Ropes can be widely used in transportation, oil fields and mines etc.
