Marine Rope Series
Marine nylon rope
Nylon fiber boasts a breaking strength of 4-9 cN/dtex, far exceeding that of natural fibers. This type of cable possesses exceptionally high tensile strength. When subjected to stress, it exhibits 15%-25% elastic elongation, effectively absorbing impact loads. Nylon is highly resistant to chemicals such as acids, alkalis, and salts, making it less susceptible to corrosion and degradation in environments such as seawater, oil, and moist soil. This finely crafted cable is machine-woven from carefully selected polyester, offering corrosion and weathering resistance and high load-bearing properties. The machine-woven process, known as MACHINEWEAVING, ensures durability and strength, resulting in a uniform, glossy, and meticulously crafted cable. Crafted from multi-strand twisted and glued together, it boasts a high density, evenly distributed load distribution and enhanced tensile strength.
