Marine Rope Series
Marine polyethylene rope
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber boasts a strength of 30-40 cN/dtex, 15 times that of steel wire of the same weight. Cables made from it can achieve a breaking strength of 100-500 kN, meeting the ultra-high strength requirements of deep-sea exploration and large bridge hoisting. With a density of only 0.96 g/cm³, it's lighter than water and buoyant. At the same strength, it weighs only one-eighth of a steel wire rope, significantly reducing equipment load and labor intensity, making it particularly suitable for airlift or underwater operations. It is highly resistant to acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and seawater, retaining over 90% of its strength after immersion in solutions with a pH of 1-14 for 1000 hours. This product is meticulously crafted from carefully selected polyester, machine-woven for corrosion resistance, weathering resistance, and high load-bearing capacity. The machine-woven process ensures durability and strength, resulting in a uniform strand, excellent gloss, and meticulous workmanship. It is constructed from multi-strand twisted rubberized ropes for high density. The force is evenly distributed and the pulling force is stronger.
This product is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, combined with unique resin composite materials, refined with advanced equipment and technology from around the world. It features high strength, resistance to ultraviolet rays, oxidation, bending strength, and fatigue resistance, as well as excellent resistance to chemical corrosion, meeting the requirements of ISO10325 and OCIMF MEG4.
