Marine Rope Series
Marine nylon cord
Marine Nylon cord boasts exceptional strength, with a breaking strength of 5-9 cN/dtex, allowing it to withstand significant loads when constructed into cables. These cables exhibit exceptional elasticity, typically exhibiting an elongation at break of 20%-30%. When subjected to impact loads, they absorb energy through elastic deformation, minimizing damage to connected equipment and the cable itself. Nylon cord is resistant to chemicals such as acids, alkalis, and salts, making it less susceptible to corrosion and degradation when used in environments containing these chemicals. This product is meticulously crafted, machine-woven from carefully selected polyester, offering corrosion and weathering resistance and high load-bearing capacity. The machine-woven process, known as MACHINEWEAVING, ensures durability and strength, resulting in a uniform, glossy, and meticulously crafted cable. Made from multiple strands twisted together with glue, it boasts a high density, evenly distributed loads and enhanced tensile strength.
